BBE presents Winter Weekender, an official event series of Vivid Sydney, over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. All weekend-long (and I mean ALL), the Oxford Art Factory will hold back-to-back, genre-bending parties and performances from some of the most innovative electronic artists from around the world.

Friday June 10

LOUISAHHH [Bromance Records, 3 Hour Set] + Linda Marigliano (Triple J) & Made in Paris

If deep house and new techno is your thing, then you have to be a part of the talented Louisahhh’s performance. Her three-hour set of a combination of DJing and singing will not disappoint. Not to mention, she will be accompanied by the likes of Linda Marigliano and Made in Paris.

Saturday June 11

BBE x Sidechains pres. FATIMA AL QADIRI

Be there to witness musician, composer and visual artist Fatima Al Qadiri, mesmerise as she channels the raw emotions from her life experiences on her first Australian tour. Through her genre-less sound, prepare to be mind-altered again, just like you were after her albums Brute and Asiatisch, which are recognised as ‘grounded in some kind of idea or real life memory’.  She will also be joined by Sydney’s sensational Sidechains, the ‘#1 purveyors of cutting-edge Internet generation club bombs’.

Sunday June 12

Digitalism [DJ Set] + Bang Gang DJs 2000s Era Set

The last night of the Winter Weekender is the night for electro-rock DJs. Remember the electro-pop anthems  ‘Pogo’, ‘Zdarlight’, ‘2 Hearts’, ‘Circles’, and ‘Wolves’? Well these hits are all by German duo Digitalism, who just so happen to be headlining on Sunday June 12. Keep your eyes and ears open for Digitalism’s new track ‘Mirage’, set to drop on May 13, which no doubt will be another banger. Joining the duo is the iconic Bang Gang, who’ll bring you back to the 2000s dance parties with their special set that’s not to be missed.
