At the start of the year, when he dropped his single ‘Crushed Up’, Future also announced he’d be releasing an album later this month. Now it’s official, title and all. Future Hndrxx Presents: The Wizrd will arrive on the 18th of January.

It will be the Atlanta rapper’s first solo album since 2017’s Hndrxx, and it follows his collaborative mixtape with Juice WRLD WRLD on Drugs. The announcement was accompanied by a video for his new single ‘Jumpin On a Jet’ which features the rapper in his usual element of melodic, autotuned braggadocio.

To expand on the album, a documentary entitled The Wizrd will be dropping on Apple Music this Friday, with Future holding screenings in New York and Los Angeles as well. According to a press release from Epic Records, “it opens up a window into his story and creativity unlike anything else.”

Future is headlining Rolling Loud Australia in Sydney January 27th, so expect to hear a lot of the new material live before most of the world. For a taste of what’s to come on the new album, check out Future’s latest cut ‘Jumpin’ On A Jet’ below.
