Despite his passing in 2006, J Dilla’s back catalogue of unreleased work has allowed us to enjoy a seemingly endless supply of posthumous projects from the legendary producer. Dillatroit was one of these, a 12-track record composed by Yancey Media Group and released exclusively on vinyl last year. Fortunately our penchant for digital consumption has pushed the re-release of Dillatroit in high quality MP3 format, so those of us without a record player can now enjoy more gold from every beatmaker’s favourite beatmaker.
