2NE1 member CL is coming to America and hooking up with top talent manager Scott Samuel “Scooter” Braun. Scooter is known for his work representing Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, PSY and more. According to Billboard the 23-year-old performer is getting ready for a “full-fledged solo effort” and hopes to cross over to America next year – and with Scooter on board, there’s a high chance CL will soon be a household name in the Western world.

In 2013 CL released the track ‘The Baddest Female’ which made it to #4 on the K-Pop Hot 100, and CL’s ‘Dirty Vibe’ with Skrillex is presently #23 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart.
