#ComfortZone is the latest drop out of Chiraq, and it comes via one quarter of Pivot Gang, the “hella shy”, Saba. For those unfamiliar with the young rapper/producer (if you ain’t, you should be) he was the homie that came out of nowhere to drop thunder all over Chance the Rapper’s ‘Everybody’s Something’, and now he’s returned with one of the releases of the month.

The 14 track mixtape is a follow up to his first release, GetCOMFORTABLE, which as he described, was more of an “awareness” EP, to generate buzz in the lead up to #ComfortZone.

The mixtape draws inspiration from both sides of Saba’s life: the hood and burbs, and is more than just a music project for the young rapper/producer, “it’s just being comfortable with yourself, and being able to be in new surroundings and meet new people” he told audiomorphine.

#ComfortZone features guest spots from the likes of Eryn Allen Kane, Jamila, MC Tree, Benjamin Earl Turner, LEGIT, Chandlar, Ken Ross, Cam O’bi, Nascent and more, with Saba responsible for most of the production himself.
