The continued wait for Rihanna’s forthcoming album ANTI has got a lot of people heated. Her fans are definitely filling her social media comments with demands for its release and they’ve just been given possibly way too much information, courtesy of songwriter Glass John. Glass, who has apparently been very close to the project, went on a bizarre and epic Twitter tirade, saying that Rihanna’s album should have been released as early as November, if it hadn’t been for Travi$ Scott’s influence. More specifically, he alleges Scott told Riri what to name her album and that it needed more trap songs before it’s ready.
But that’s not all, the rant includes all sorts of interesting ‘inside information’, mainly about who else Glass has worked with (and not been credited for) and, the most intriguing bit, insinuating that he and Rihanna are in a (very serious) relationship. Of course, all of this has got Rihanna’s fans totally twisted, encouraging a lot of anti-Travi$ Scott sentiment online and general confusion and skepticism. There hasn’t been any public response from either Rihanna or Travi$ but Glass seems to still be on a roll with the retweets, almost 24 hours later, which might be telling in itself. Take a look at some of the highlights from the timeline above but, if you’ve got the time, check out the full action on Twitter.
