Rappers T-Pain and Nelly have taken to their respective Twitter accounts to squash any rumours about their involvement with a tour scheduled for a number of major Australian cities in March. Details about The Boulevard Arena Tour are pretty scarce, besides a Facebook event for each city and ticket sales links. The event website merely states the lineup is yet to be announced, however the ‘teaser video’ does feature a very T-Pain-esque instrumental. Despite an announcement of T-Pain’s involvement being shared via Facebook, the rapper has seemingly put an end to that, tweeting that he would not be coming out as part of the tour due to apparent non-payment. St Louis rapper Nelly had also previously shared that his involvement was “falsely advertised” and “completely untrue”. At this stage, no public statement has been made by the tour organisers.
