The Outlawz, founded by prolific rapper Tupac Shakur have had to bitterly cancel their Australian tour due to “this piece of shit Promoter” Fady Atallah. Young Noble, one of The Outlawz members accused Fady Atallah and his company HipHopTV of stealing money “from club owners, artists and fans”, publishing a very heated post on Facebook informing Aussie fans of the alleged deception.

The tour was supposed to begin in Bendigo on November 25, but according to ALH Group, whose venues were holding several of The Outlawz’ concerts, ticket sales were poor, with each venue selling “less than 10” tickets. ALH told The Music “The reason [for the cancellation], I believe, is to do with the promoters or their touring company’s inability to manage the tour effectively, and didn’t meet the specs that the Outlawz fans deserve.”

Fady Atallah also spoke to The Music “[Young] Noble gave me the tour and I told him upfront I don’t have the capital to do this. He thought it was pretty much going to rely on ticket sales. He gave me a video drop without me having to pay for a deposit, and that rarely happens, and I ended up doing it, which I shouldn’t have.”

“We were relying on ticket sales which I didn’t think would do so bad. So, I probably don’t blame the venues saying that, because I didn’t have money for marketing or anything like that.” Atallah has ensured that he’s refunded ticket holders and sees the whole situation as “fucking childish”.

The Outlawz have said that they are still committed to visiting Australia but obviously will not be dealing with Atallah again.
