LRG have released the latest video in their Off The Record series featuring US production duo Christian Rich, made up of twins Tai and Ken Hassan.

In the LA studio, the pair discusses the creative process of producing Earl Sweatshirt’s track Chum from his latest album Doris, and how they brought in Chad Hugo of the Neptunes to help out. “There’s a crazy story behind each song,” Ken says.

Ken and Tai walk us through the track layer by layer, from explaining their obsession with finding the sample for the track’s opening scream, to happy accidents like Chad’s laugh and Tai’s studio directions being included as vocal samples. Watch the video above.
