Lana Del Rey‘s new short film Tropico has been generating major buzz over the last week or so, and now it’s finally out. But is this shit really 27 minutes long‽ Unfortunately, yes. It is. And it’s really not that great unless you really, really love love love Lana Del Rey. But it is beautifully shot. So to save you the time I’ll never get back, here’s what you need to know about LDR’s new short film Tropico or watch it above:

Jesus makes a few appearances.

And LDR plays Mary.

There’s a unicorn chillin’ in the Garden of Eden as LDR and model Shaun Ross act like Adam and Eve to her song Body Electric.

LDR bites the apple

And becomes a stripper (with tassels on her boobs).

There is twerking.

And cholo action ensues.

They wear cool skull paint.

But 10 minutes later they die or get abducted by aliens.

Directed by Anthony Mandler, we respect the hustle. LDR just made videos for Body Electric, Gods & Monsters and Bel Air, but this was a beautiful nightmare.
