While Mac Miller continues to celebrate the release of his major-label debut GO:OD AM, which includes a string of pop-ups and a 50-plus show tour run, his most recent visit to Big Boy’s morning show in Los Angeles serves as another reminder as to why you shouldn’t sleep on this guy. You would think that after dropping a 17-track project, which sees him go back and forth with greats like Chief Keef, Ab Soul and Lil B just to name a few, he would be pretty low on lyrical content. Think again. With no hesitation, the Pittsburgh rapper unleashes a fiery-freestyle over cuts from the Notorious B.I.G, Kanye West and The Game’s catalogue of hits. And alike other rappers, he goes completely off top, which is another testament to the kid.
