Converse has introduced their newest product category, CONS, which focuses on skate, style and street culture. The CONS product line promises to feature a blend of new styles as well as iconic Converse silhouettes that have been recreated using modern tech.
To help launch the line, Converse have enlisted 15 brand ambassadors and are planning a number of projects involving collabs between them. The ambassadors are far from the usual sports superstars and high-profile celebs, as CONS has chosen a varied group of interesting emerging creatives from the art, music, design and skate street cultural scenes.
The 15 new ambassadors include hip hop groups Flatbush Zombies, Phony PPL and Ratking; rapper and artist Bishop Nehru; bands Trash Talk, The Bots, and The Shrine; producers Harry Fraud and Ryan Hemsworth; photographer and graffiti artist Vizie; artist Gogy Esparza and skateboarders Mike Anderson, Kenny Anderson, Zered Bassett and Nick Trapasso.
Product content, ambassador profiles, and Converse Cons projects can be found over at the new CONS website.
