If you had to guess based on his runway shows, Rick Owens moves in mysterious ways. You would assume there was more behind achieving the cool, DGAF look signature to Owen’s collections, but in a recent interview with the New York Times, the designer explains that is not the case,

“I like reducing things to what’s essential…They want tank tops and shorts. Underneath it all, it’s essentially halter tops, tube tops and shorts. I’m just trying to blend it all together.”
