To celebrate the adidas Mutombo 20th anniversary and compliment their new range of b-ball culture related apparel, adidas Originals are rereleasing the highly coveted Mutombo shoe. If that alone isn’t good enough, a second colourway has been announced. Paying tribute to Mutombo’s time playing with the Denver Nuggets, it features black and royal purple overlays with traditional African patterns. Other features of the kicks include nubuck/leather upper, black leather accents on the heel and toe box, embossed leather heels and a tough black rubber midsole.

They’ll drop on October 5, write that one down.
