Sneakerhead data collecting blog Campless recently got the chance to go into Mark Wahlberg’s house and check out his impressive sneaker collection. It wasn’t all fun and games though, the guys at Campless where going in with the intent to evaluate Mark’s sneaker collection. The shoe values are based on the sneakers that Campless track, which were only 90 of the 137 that Mark showed them, so 47 of the shoes had to be estimated.

Aggregate Stats Campless.com:

  • Total Pairs Tracked by Campless:  90
  • Total Market Value of those 90 pairs:  $29,085
  • Total Gain on Retail Price:  $12,699
  • Average DS Price: $323

Of the 90 pairs we track, 19 have a market value of $350 or more.

Campless then went on to estimate the samples/un-released and rare sneakers.

Key insights:

  • Wahlberg’s un-released heat – only 19 pairs – makes up about 2/3 of the value of his entire collection
  • Nate Robinson tried to buy the Oregon 5s off his feet
  • The Sugar Ray 8s were a gift from Jimmy Butler
  • He’s had the Air Jordan 4 Eminem x Carhartt for a week now, and you’ll likely never even see a pair in person.

All together Mark’s sneaker collection came to US$98K, but Mark told Campless there were more shoes that weren’t at his home, therefore his collection would be well over US$100K. Very, very impressive Mark.

If you’re into stats, you can check out more of Campless’ breakdown in the gallery above, or head over to their blog for the full comprehensive analysis (and some enviable snaps of Marky Mark’s collection).
