It’s almost hard to write a post about Alexander Wang as he really seems to need no introduction. He founded his namesake label in 2005, and the present day sees him as the newest creative director of Balenciaga.

He’s often labeled as ‘visionary’ and ‘fashion’s wonder kid’, which are fair descriptions. Vogue gave him a chance to speak his own voice in their latest instalment of ‘Vogue Voices’. For a designer of such high calibre, he sure is down to earth.

“The idea for me in the beginning was always two things. It was to tell a story and to build a connection with the customer and an audience”.
