Between taking out the coveted Triple J Unearthed title, seeing his ripe summer track Sangria pretty much become this year’s Australian anthem, and then supporting the likes of Danny Brown, Joey Bada$$ and The Underachievers, it’s been a huge 2013 for the rising indie hip hop artist Remi. The Melbourne-based 22-year-old has decided to pass up on the naps and instead hit the ground running in 2014, kicking it off with a string of headline shows around the country. This year belonged to Remi and it looks like it might be the same for next year, too.
