The Emerging Writers’ Festival is bringing so many talents, panels, workshops, and performances to Melbourne this week, it really can be hard to keep track of what to see and do over the fortnight. For us, one of the definite highlights is also one with the longest runtime of the festival – the Graphic Contents Exhibition. We’ve got a wealth of talented graphic novelists in our country and the exhibition looks set to showcase some of the best. Chris Gooch, Mandy Ord, Katie Parrish, Lachlan Conn, and many more will have their work displayed on the walls at 1000 Pound Bend. Rock up on opening night tomorrow to hear readings by Mandy Ord, Merv Heers, Jo Waite, Leigh Rigozzi and more from 7pm to 8.30pm. Find out more here.
