Two new prints from international leaders in Pop Surrealism, Ron English and Elio Varuna are on sale today from The Outsiders.

American artist Ron English has gained himself the title of ‘The Godfather of Street Art’ and is now well recognised for his oil paintings which bastardise pop culture icons, offering a critique of the contemporary ideologies. English’s print, ‘Pop Marilyn Mickeys’ is bright, in your face, and everything you’d expect from this pop surrealist mastermind.

Italian artist Elio Varuna, who was recently exhibited along Ron English, is a young artist who challenges Western values by presenting the boring in a fantastical way. Varuna’s newest work ‘Piramide Cestia’ is part of his Urbis Surrealis series, which features his trademark ghouls and ghosts gallivanting around classic scenes etched by Giovanni Piranese.
