Fancy yourself a photographer? Well, now in its fifth year, the Independent Photography Festival is calling for photographers of all kinds to submit images for their 2016 program. You can work in any discipline of photography and live anywhere in the world—as usual, the prize is open to all.

Last year IPF went global, showcasing the prizewinning works in New York, Los Angeles, and London as well as Melbourne and Sydney. IPF is a great opportunity for artists to get their works out into the public eye on an international level.

Switching things up from last year, this round of competition entrants are asked to make their submissions online, with the selected images to then be printed by IPF and Thirds Fine Art Printing.

Exhibited entries will be in the running to win $5,000 worth of prizes, which is pretty great for a humble photo, in our opinion. If you need some inspiration, have a scroll through some of IPF’s past submissions in the gallery above.

So if you’ve got a similarly sick photo in your recent archives, why not try your luck and submit your best shots here. Submissions are now open and close on the October 28.
