New York City’s A Boogie Wit da Hoodie has just dropped a remix of his 2019 heater ‘Mood Swings’, produced by one of the biggest names in rap production in recent years, Wheezy.

In a huge moment for Australian rap, the revamped version features verses from three of our most exciting new prospects: Brisbane’s Creed Tha Kid who you might know from his new track ‘Dollars’ or our series 16 Bars, South West Sydney’s Youngn Lipz whose extremely catchy single ‘Misunderstood’ has racked up over three million views on YouTube since dropping in October, and South Brisbane MC Day1 who has been picking up steam via Soundcloud and dropped his debut single ‘Boss’ back in September.

During his second visit to Australia, A Boogie spoke on his connection to our music scene saying, “There is a lot of talent in Australia and I wanted to use my platform to help shine a light on that talent.”

Creed Tha Kid said of the track, “I think the remix came out dope AF and I loved the different flow and approach us boys all went on.” Day1 told us he’s been manifesting this one. “I told Boogie last year I was gonna put my city on the map like he did. A year later, now I’m doing it with him.” And Youngn Lipz was equally excited about jumping on the remix. “It’s 2020 and we’re gheeing the fuck up! There hasn’t been a better time for the Aus hip hop scene and it’s only getting started! I used to dream about doing tracks with A Boogie, and that wasn’t too long ago. Stand up Australia!”

The track drops on all streaming services this Friday but in the meantime we’ve got the exclusive stream below.
