We’re proud to announce that we’re teaming up with the Big Day Out and MTV to present the Australian sideshows for Toro y Moi.

Melburnians and Sydneysiders can catch an intimate club show of the dimmed-lights sounds of this chillwave hero and genre-blending talent. From bursting onto the scene with the gauzy Causers of This to the release of his latest LP Anything in Return, the singer-songwriter and producer has made a name for himself with his eye for detail and breezy arrangements.

Toro y Moi will be joined by Portland’s infectious rock outfit Portugal. The Man. Their eclectic output includes the Haim-assisted ode to molly ‘Purple, Yellow, Red & Blue’, a remixed track with verse from Danny Brown and a whole lot more.

Tickets go on sale Friday November 29 via the Big Day Out website. Get in early to avoid disappointment.
