Yesterday Vince Staples called into Joe Budden’s podcast, The Joe Budden Podcast, to fire off a few hot takes. The first of which being: The Wire is “trash.” Vince had Joe, plus his co-hosts Rory and Mal, laughing for a solid eight minutes. At the tail end of his call-in, Vince weighs in on the Cardi-Nicki beef. It’s the fight that’s been brewing for a good two years, coming to a head over Instagram and Twitter early this week. Vince’s stance? ‘Everybody should stop [fake] fighting. [Cardi B and Nicki], they want to catch a body ’round this motherfucker.’
