Rapper Angel Haze delivers on the concept ‘less is more’ with the film clip for her track A Tribe Called Red. The latest clip from her album Dirty Gold is uncharacteristically simple for the Detroit born MC. Featuring a solitary Haze rapping in a black and white studio with only few floor lights as company.

The clip, courtesy of Rollo Jackson, draws attention squarely to the music. Namely the deep synth beats of the pulsating electro backtrack and Angel’s expectedly lightning-fast lyrics. It’s refreshing to see focus on the beef-ridden rapper back where it should be.
