Apple may have lead the way in computer aesthetics but there is certainly room for improvement when it comes to their foray into fashion…as evidenced by these images from their 1986 clothing collection catalogue. Featuring logo-heavy pieces for every man, woman and child, this all-season range is absolute ‘80s – loud block colours and baggy fits, complete with mottled photography background and Blue Steel expressions as standard. There’s even a sailboard on offer because Apple. Call me crazy but, despite how terrible these look to us now, I get the funny feeling these pieces would prove very popular at my local thrift store.
