Gitman Vintage and Mark McNairy have released a shoe fit for a true gentleman. The seersucker fabric conjures a wealth of history as the puckered cotton stripes were donned by the Brits in British India and then by smooth talking southern lawyers.  The fabric was later donned by poor preppy undergrads in the U.S as a form of reverse snobbery.

McNairy’s Ivy league influence on the always nostaligic Gitman Brothers has resulted in some seriously classy kicks with a rich history to match. The lace-up derby shoes highlight the navy and white striped seersucker across the upper with white metal eyelets and white rope laces. The durable Vibram sole unit features a contrasting yellow welt. Grab a pair here and find your way aboard a yacht.
