Inspired by the shoe’s red Pantone accents, New York based sneaker designer Ronnie Fieg has teamed up with Asics to create the GT-II “High Risk”. Confessing that the purple and red colourway was a “big design risk”, Fieg’s bold design pushes all GT-II boundaries, resulting in an outstanding shoe that incorporates a soft pigskin front and leather build on the back. The side strips sit above a 3M fabrication, along with cotton lining, perforated leather tongue and Gel cushioning technology wrapped together by a vibrant red sole.
