Coming from Fuct’s diffusion line SSDD are new looks highlighting their Fall/Winter collection for 2012. Shot in Marfa, Texas, a small town with a population of around 2,000 in the northern part of the state, perhaps most famous for the work by NY minimalist artist Donald Judd that can be found around the town and the Marfa Lights. The SSDD collection however focusses on the inhabitants of Marfa, the everyday working man and the life he leads in middle america. The location and models highlight SSDD’s main points of reference for this collection with Marfa inspired graphics appearing across several garments. Photos by Rick Rodney.
