You may have remembered news of Jay Z’s marathon art gallery performance last month. Well, the final edited music video has now been released and it’s not nearly as awkward as the initial raw footage. As expected, Mr. Carter starts off solo on his small, white stage, in the white-on-white room, performing the song to an intimate crowd of people. This Mark Romanek-directed clip has its fair share of celeb cameos, featuring one-on-one interactions with Girls’ actor Adam Driver, Hollywood heavyweights Taraji P. Henson, Rosie Perez and Alan Cumming. You also witness Hov getting up close and personal with fans, artists, gallery workers and ninth graders, creating a surprisingly fun, albeit slightly manufactured, experience. Check out the full 11 minute video above.
